Panelist Agreement
All Panelist  who wish to host a Panel at the Alamo City Furry Invasion
MUST agree to the terms below

- The information you have provided is a true and accurate representation of your desired panel.
- If you have not registered for the convention during the pre-registration period, your panel may be canceled at the sole discretion of the staff. (We will make a reasonable effort to contact you prior to panel cancellation.)
- You understand that should you not appear to host your selected panel(s), the staff may, at its sole discretion, deny future panel submissions.
- If you are unable to host your panel, you will make every reasonable effort to inform the schedule staff a minimum of 24 hours prior to your panel start time.
- By signing up to run a panel you understand that ACFI does NOT cover the registration cost of the convention for running said panel. You must be registered before your event. Any arrangements must be clearly agreed upon before the convention.
